Mushroom picker’s Dream – Gluten Free Recipe

Method of preparation:
This dish is good as an appetizer, dinner and breakfast!
Take 3-4 pieces. bell pepper, cut lengthwise, so that the left tails, remove seeds, fill with a mixture of 250 g of cottage cheese mixed with 0.3% 1 beaten egg, a pinch of salt.
300-500 g oyster mushrooms (they must be pre-cook 15 minutes in slightly salted water and cool) put so the feet were in the curd mixture (see photo).
Put the dish with peppers in the oven (for 5 min at a power of 100). Decorate with parsley.
